Life Coaching Fee Options
Life coaching can take place
either face to face, on the telephone, or a combination
of both, depending on what suits you best.
Telephone sessions are often preferable for clients who
live in more isolated areas, who have dependants at
home, or who would otherwise have a time-consuming
journey across town in heavy traffic in order to meet
with their life coach.
How much progress you make and how quickly you achieve
the results you are looking for will depend not only on
how often you meet with your coach but also on how much
committed action you take in between each coaching
session on mutually agreed goals.
You can combine the following options to tailor a life
coaching package that suits your requirements. For
example, if you think it would be difficult to fit in
regular weekly sessions, but have a lot you would like
to get through with your coach, you may find that a
longer session a couple of times a month, either face to
face or on the phone, would work better for you.
Or you may choose to combine shorter telephone coaching
sessions with a longer face to face session once or
twice a month. You may also opt for one or two
longer coaching sessions to allow you more time to
discuss a specific issue in greater depth that is
challenging you. It is entirely up to you.
Length of session | Cost per session | |
1 x 45 minutes
1 x 60 minutes 1 x 75 minutes 1 x 90 minutes Block of 4 x 60 minutes |

£70 £85 £100 £240 |
Cancellation Policy: Please note that a condition of booking is that 24 hours' notice will be given by the client if, for any reason, he/she needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge amounting to the full cost of the missed/cancelled session. This is not negotiable.
Life coaching is very
effective over the telephone, and the coach and client
need never actually meet in person. However, many
people prefer a greater or lesser degree of face to face
contact, if this is possible. If you live in
Edinburgh, I am also happy to come to you, either at
your home or at your place of work, for a negotiated fee
that takes into account my travelling time and expenses.
If you have a significant change you would like to make
in your personal or professional life, I would strongly
recommend weekly life coaching sessions, at least
initially, to stimulate your motivation and develop a
strong and steady momentum. This can then be
reviewed after a few weeks if necessary, once you feel
you are making good progress. A greater initial
commitment tends to alter behaviour more quickly and so
reap greater rewards in the long run.
Access for the Disabled:
Please note that my consultation room is on the first floor with no access for anyone unable to climb the stairs. Telephone consultations are an effective alternative.
